NOTE - The
RTS systems have very few
customizing options available because they are already built and
ready to be shipped upon order.
Now that you have found a system and the pricing that you are
interested in, Click on the
Green "Customize" button.
Note - A
picture of the system will be shown along with customization
options. You can also click on the picture for a larger
view of the computer.
All of the
information, including the price, and Options to configure your
system are now available to you. The first Option that you can
select is the Color, if available. The default color is usually
Black, but sometimes Beige is also available. Next you can change
or add an Option to be installed simply by clicking the Down
Arrow to the right of each option box and selecting a different
option such as MEMORY: 1GB of RAM or OPTICAL 1 - ....: DVD+/-RW.
You can also see that the price will automatically update after
you select your option. REMEMBER you can always click on the
icon to see further information about most of the options that
are available.
Once you are
finished choosing your options click on the
Green "Next" button.
A page of accessories appears that provides you with options to
include with your computer system such as a Monitor, Speakers,
Application Software, etc. Note that as you select
an option, the price automatically updates again. NOTE - At any
point you can always click on the White "Back" button to make a
change to the Options or you can go all the way back and select
a different computer system altogether.
When you are
finished with the accessories page, click on the
Green "Add to
Cart" button. You will see a summary of all of your options. You
can change your Quantity at this point and then click on the
Update button if you should so desire. You can also click EDIT
ITEM at the top of the page and you will be taken back to the Options page in order to
make further changes to your system and then when you click the
Green "Next"
button
you will be taken to the Accessories page so that you can make
changes there if needed. When you are done Editting your system you
can simply click the SAVE CHANGES button at the Accessories Page and you
will be taken back to the Shopping Cart page where you can click
on the
Green "Checkout" button (or you can Delete Item if you
decide to choose a different system to customize).
At the next screen
you can type in your Billing Address and your Shipping Address,
if it is different from the Billing Address. If both addresses
are the same then simply click the "Make same as billing
address" gray button. NOTE - EVERYTHING WILL BE TYPED IN UPPER
CASE SO DON'T WORRY ABOUT THE SHIFT KEY.
Then Click the
Green "Next" button.
At the Order Summary
screen you can enter a Purchase Order and any Shipping and Order
comments such as, "...please
leave on back porch...",
etc. (Remember, laptops require a signature for
delivery.)
Now you can click on the
Green "Process
Order" button.
Before your order is
processed you will receive a call from one of our
representatives to confirm the order and arrange payment. We
prefer a Credit Card to confirm and process online
orders. Please note that all information that we receive from
our customers is always kept in the strictest confidence and
your information will never be shared or sold at any time to
anyone. Credit Card numbers are only kept on file for 30 days
and then removed. We value our customers, their trust and their
